Let's re-visit the basics and brush up on technique! Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned pro, come learn or re-learn the foundation of a solid practice through alignment, core awareness and breathing techniques. Understand the basic principles of sun salutes A and B and how this is the cornerstone of every vinyasa practice. Join Seane as we look closely at the preparation, inner queues and fundamentals of standing poses, backbends, twists and inversions. Asana, discussion and demonstration.
