Join MacKenzie as she guides you through a practice unlike any yoga class you have ever experienced. FitFlow Intermediate will warm the body up through the use of dynamic movement, get your heart pumping with high intensity interval training (HIIT), challenge your strength in a vigorous yoga flow, and end with a much deserved savasana. Yogis can expect to move, sweat and learn how to keep their bodies happy and healthy for years to come.
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
