We are all both sweet and tough, strong as well as supple, equipped with a bare throated rebel yell and a vast ocean of inner silence. This flow practice celebrates that dichotomy of STHIRAM (steady attention) and SUKHAM (calm surrender). The music of Lauryn Hill with its no apologies rhythms and lyrics will accompany our adventurous flows, emphasizing the nature of the warrior within all of us. Balanced and grounding sequencing will be interspersed, set to the music of Enya, ethereal and lovely-- reflecting the vast source of light under our tough worldly skins. Learn to find your "steady, calm, seat" in all things: "Sthiram Sukham Asanam!"
