This class won't teach your mother's meditation! davidji will show you how to finally lock in a daily meditation practice in just 16 seconds. You'll learn a bit about stress and how it affects us negatively and positively; you'll learn in-the-moment stress busters to settle the swirl of daily life; and you'll learn how to become the calm amidst the chaos by making more mindful decisions, communicating more consciously and non-violently in your home, your work and all aspects of your daily life. Class will conclude with a brief guided meditation.
Class time devoted to lecture: 21-30 minutes
