Join MacKenzie as she guides you through a practice unlike any yoga class you have ever experienced. FitFlow Advanced will aid in building strength for your arm balance and inversion practice. This class will warm your body up through dynamic movement, get your heart pumping with high intensity interval training (HIIT), challenge your muscles with a yoga flow focused on increased strength for your arm balance and inversion practice, and end with a much deserved savasana. There will be a lot of opportunities to be on your hands. Yogis can expect to move, sweat and learn how to keep their bodies happy and healthy for years to come.
