Hoopdance 101 – Breaking Down The Basics Part 1

This class is designed for the ultimate beginner who has never tried hoopdance or has very limited experience. This class is especially beneficial for those who want to learn but somehow believe they just can't hoop. We'll begin with a 10 minute hoop-yoga warm-up and move to breaking down some basic techniques of waist hooping as well as beginner tricks such as forward weaves, halos and passes around the body. You will finish the class with a strong foundation on which to continue your hoopdance journey.
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
