This class is for the ultimate beginner or for those who have taken basic workshop part 1. Classes begins with a 10-minute hoop-yoga warm-up, followed by a deeper exploration of the techniques learned and continue adding to the bag of tricks. In this class we’ll begin to look at what it takes to master hoop tricks and building the foundation of hoopdance journey. Part one is ideal to have taken for this workshop, but not a pre-requisite.
Class time devoted to lecture: Less than 5 minutes
