Limited Capacity filling up

Starting off at the Rendezvous Lodge on Blackcomb Mountain you will enjoy a beautiful 6km hike that only has 200m of elevation gain. Witness some of the amazing things our surrounding offer to us, alpine meadows and stunning views of the local mountain ranges. Half way through the hike at Blackcomb lake, we will stop and begin a HIIT format workout focusing on our core, strengthening and conditioning it to keep you strong through the rest of your day. The workout will be 20 minutes long, including some light mobility work to keep you moving and flowing properly. What to bring: Lift ticket, hiking shoes, hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, water, layers pending weather, and a smile!
Class time devoted to lecture: 11-20 minutes
