We start this hike at the top of the Wizard Express, finishing off near the top of Blackcomb mountain. The hike is 2.5km long, and we gain 612m in elevation to ensure you get the best view possible. At the top of the hike, you will be guided through a 20 minute full body workout including mobility work. What to bring: Sunscreen, hiking shoes, sunglasses, water, and a smile!
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
