We will start with an intense 15 warm up, followed by a 7-8k run, passing the beautifully manicured Whistler Golf Course and Blueberry Park. The route will be hilly - a good opportunity for those looking to get their sweat on! We will finish with 15 mins cool down and stretching.
Class time devoted to lecture: Less than 5 minutes
