Stand up paddle yoga with an added twist. Follow as we match breath to movement while floating on the water. The water & nature will become your new studio as you learn to slow down during your practice, you have no choice as you balance on this floating mat. Balancing on SUP's will increase your core but we always add in some additional fusion fun. Caution, this class can make you laugh and smile but also bring you to the best savasana you've ever experienced. When you're finished you'll say "The water has become my studio". Feel the vibration in the water and we "OM" our way into bliss.

**Please arrive at the Harbor Meeting Point 15 minutes prior to class start time to catch the shuttle to the Harbor.**
