Awooo! Let loose in the forest and express your wild nature. Take a break from chaturangas to explore free movement in Whistler's beautiful wilderness.

Much like dance, free movement is a full-body soul-centered shake-up. But instead of music, we use the sounds of nature and the beat of your own soul to get groovy. Move to express the freedom that you are. Move to remove pretension. Move to be your unfettered self. A simple meditation will follow.

This adventure will take us on a short walk to a shady location in the forest, where we'll stay and move actively. Please wear covered athletic footwear and optionally bring something to sit on at the end. Leave feeling centered, vibrant, and in touch with yourself.
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
