Limited Capacity filling up

Stretch out your legs on a thirty minute mellow morning jog along the stunning Whistler valley trail. Enjoy spectacular views of both Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains in the early sunlight while we meander through rich evergreen forests taking in the fresh mountain air. We will begin our morning with a brisk walk easing our way into an easy paced jog for approximately 30 minutes and ending with a 5-10 minute stretch. Running experience is not necessary for this introductory trail experience.
Class time devoted to lecture: Less than 5 minutes
