Stand up paddle yoga you've heard of but what's "Fusion for Beginners"? This class will mix basic yoga asanas while floating on a new type of yoga mat- a paddle board. The Fusion part is a blend of Pilates, Yogates and Core work to challenge even the most basic student (or if your more advanced we will offer options to challenge you also). The core consists of four parts: lower abs, obliques, your back & diaphram. We will use this powerhouse "The Core" to help you learn to stabilize your whole body while floating on this new type of yoga mat. The scenery will blow you away and the workout will challenge all your senses. Smiling is required for this class :)

**Please arrive at the Harbor Meeting Point 15 minutes prior to class start time to catch the shuttle to the Harbor.**
Class time devoted to lecture: Less than 5 minutes
