Inspired by the anatomical qualities of a traditional vinyasa flow sequence, this class will incorporate a more active practice focusing on core strength to improve overall balance and enjoy a stronger self. This class will focus on working out & having fun and is suitable for both beginners and intermediates practitioners. Come prepared to swim!

**Please arrive at the Harbor Meeting Point 15 minutes prior to class start time to catch the shuttle to the Harbor.**
