In this advanced class, we are going to explore with inversions and the modifications we can give them on a SUP. A super fun, playful, wet class that will allow students who already practice SUP Yoga to dive deeper and with good directions into exploring poses upside down! The body, of course, will need to warm up before inverting and so our beach pre-SUP yoga warm-up and intention circle will be the perfect kickstart to our session! Once on the water, be prepared to move through fun sequencing, opening and heating the body up before diving into poses that will invert us! Finish with a seated open eye meditation and find restored balance before setting foot back on dry land!

**Please arrive at the Harbor Meeting Point 15 minutes prior to class start time to catch the shuttle to the Harbor.**
