Practicing on the water will force you to slow down & be mindful! During this class we take time at the beginning & end of class to practice mindful meditation as we take advantage of practicing out in nature. The asana portion of this class consists of a vigorous vinyasa flow. If you find yourself mindlessly going through the motions in your day to day life this is the perfect class for you.
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
