In this workshop, we will explore how to use poetry and creative writing to empower, heal, and express our truths. All will be encouraged to share thoughts, ideas and opinions in a supportive space where personal perspectives are respected and honored. We will give voice to our journeys through various writing prompts and reroute our narratives to create our highest and best lives. No writing experience necessary! Just bring your beautiful self, a notebook and pen. 

Class time devoted to lecture: 31-45 minutes

As guest artist of the American Embassy, she has performed in Kuwait, Russia, West Africa, Denmark, Turkey, Greece, Ireland, England, and Tunisia.
