What is MovNat?

MovNat is fundamentally about movement. We practice a comprehensive, holistic & mindful approach to the full range of natural human movement abilities. We are unique in that our movements are our strengthening and conditioning. The practice is for everyone. It is progressive and safe, and supports physical competence for any area of life.

This 90 minute workshop is designed to introduce you to elements of Locomotives in Natural Movement, and give you the most important basics that you can practice in your daily life. Locomotive skills include ground movements (crawling, get-ups), balancing, walking, running, jumping, and climbing. We will focus on areas that need the most improvement and we will teach you routines that you can use and practice at home in twenty or thirty minutes a day.

We will begin with some mindfulness and breath work and then get to moving. Be prepared to sweat!
Class time devoted to lecture: 11-20 minutes
