This workshop is perfect for those who routinely ask a lot of their body— runners, yogis, climbers, surfers, cyclists— and seek to play and perform at an optimal level without being limited by injury and burnout.

Essential oils are pure aromatic compounds distilled from the leaves, seeds, roots, flowers, and bark of plants. When used correctly, they can help us to sleep better, recover faster, and have more energy. They bolster the immune system, harmonize digestion, and enhance focus.

We'll learn the rudiments of essential oils and which ones to use for injury prevention, recovery, focus, energy, and immune support.
